In activity of international organization OASIS for last year also there was a number{line} of the major events.


In particular, the new version of universal business - language Universal Business Language (UBL) 2.0 has appeared.


The new version of the free-of-charge standard contains more than 1000 XML elements of the data for the general{common} business - documents (Common Business Documents).


Acceptance of this standard it has been declared in December, 2006 UBL (see clause{article} ” International organizations OASIS and ISO: more and more than good standards “) represents free-of-charge library standard electronic XML business - documents, such as orders for purchase and waybills. UBL-formats in electronic messages provide a direct communication with existing rules in business, jurisprudence, audit and office-work, eliminating necessity of repeated data input for existing documents of a circuit of deliveries and providing an opportunity of the introduction into electronic commerce for small and average business.

The new approach allows to set easily and precisely subsets and expansions of lists of codes and even to apply to their concrete elements and podderev`jam in UBL-suhhnostjakh, without change of standard UBL-circuits. These standardized processes provide introduction of check of business - rules within the framework of check suhhnostej (instance validation). ON with the open code, switched on in structure UBL 2.0, provides this new functionality in a ready kind.


With the advent of new documents of supply, performance of obligations and exhibitings of bills in UBL 2.0 global commerce has received necessary opportunities for creation of the inexpensive, ready software for performance of transactions "business - business" through the Internet. SOA-RM It is not adhered to the concrete standard of web-services, technologies or other concrete features of introduction. Instead of it, general semantics which can be interpreted and used unequivocally in different projects is offered. This standard provides the necessary dictionary for transfer of architecture of services of the organization. In the beginning of 2007 organization OASIS has continued active activity and has declared acceptance of the ebXML-circuit of the specification of business - processes (Business Process Specification Schema - ebXML BPSS or ebBP) versions 2.0.4 (we already repeatedly mentioned the previous versions). ebXML BPSS is a basis for definition of base business - processes. Thus, it is supposed to advance automation and a predicted exchange of definitions of business - processes with use XML.


ebBP supports complex{difficult} methods of management of business - processes in conditions of cooperation of business - partners with use of business - transactions in sphere of electronic business or between the cooperating parties{sides}. The structure ebBP is based on actual needs{requirements} of users eBusiness, many of which have provided the helpful information and have passed the experience in OASIS for job it is necessary the standard. The interactions supported ebBP, are manageable and completely traced.


ebBP is a part of a package of specifications ebXML (electronic business with use XML) which development began as early as in 1999 with purpose to provide an opportunity of business dealing through the Internet for the enterprises of any size and in any points of the world. On past business - processes the initial infrastructure contains some levels of specifications of the data, including standards for key components of the data, reports of agreements, an exchange of messages, registers and repositories. Others five ebXML specifications have been approved ISO in 2004. And today these specifications, switching ebBP, effectively work and are used in other technological specifications for satisfaction to developing requirements of electronic business.


Certainly, the submitted review does not cover all new development in the field of the XML-technologies, occurred in the last year. However we have tried to allocate what most brightly reflect importance of language XML in development of information technologies for business.
